Asparagus in Parma Ham
The asparagus season is very short, so have them while they’re still available. They are a source of potassium, magnesium, phosphorus, as well as B vitamins and vitamin E. This recipe is a great idea for a simple, delicious appetizer that will be perfect for a party. All you need to do is increase the amount of ingredients. Most importantly, it takes only a few minutes to prepare this dish, then you just put it in the oven and wait while enjoying the time with your loved ones.
Preparation:
I wrapped the asparagus in slices of ham and put them into an ovenproof dish. I sprinkled them with olive oil, salt and pepper, and baked at 180°C for about 10 minutes, uncovered.
