This Italian dessert has been tempting me for a long time. But this what discouraged me from making it was the need of using cream. So I’ve come up with my own version – with vegetable milk.
Push-ups are the exercise that strengthens and builds the upper parts of the body as well as core muscles. They have a positive effect on chest muscles, shoulders, triceps, the back and legs. They strengthen smooth muscles.
Breakfast in the summer is fresh fruit breakfast! Today I ate an ideal meal before a workout: porridge with pomegranate and raspberries.

Gastric reflux – by this term gastroesophageal reflux disease is called. The main symptom of it is heartburn, which is caused by swallowed food (usually with stomach acid) moving back to the gullet.
It’s much easier to start a healthy eating mode in the summer. There are plenty of colourful and aromatic vegetables and fruit.
