Panna cotta with mango

This Italian dessert has been tempting me for a long time. But this what discouraged me from making it was the need of using cream. So I’ve come up with my own version – with vegetable milk.

I cooked milk and when it started to boil I added sugar and agar-agar powder. I cooked it for 5 minutes at a low heat stirring and added grated lemon skin. Then I left it to cool down. Next, I poured it into bowls.

I blended and mixed the fruit for the sauce.
