Baked Apple with Almond Spread

Preparation:
I soaked the dried plums in hot water for about 15 minutes. I cut the apple in half and removed the core. I sprinkled the apple halves with cinnamon and cardamom and baked them at 180°C for about 15-20 minutes. I spread the almond paste on the apples, sprinkled them with drained, sliced plums and chopped nuts.
