Baked pumpkin pies with apple

 

I have a plan to “use” the pumpkin season, until the very end. There are a lot of variations of pumpkin pies, but I have prepared my version baked with apple.

These pies can be prepared as a take out snack to your lunchbox and take you can take it for your trip, office or school.

Preparation:

Peel the pumpkin. remove the seeds and dice it.  Place in a pot and cook until soft.

Place the cooked pumpkin into the kitchen mixer and add eggs, flour, oil, spices and peeled, grated apple.

Pre heat the oven to 180 degrees, spread the baking paper, form the pies from the cake batter and bake for about 20 – 25 minutes.
