Fit Beef Burgers with Onion and Vegetable Chips

I’ve written many times how important it is to find some time for yourself and for our loved ones. I’ve prepared a recipe for a family dinner, that is beef burgers with vegetable chips, and I’m sure both adults and kids will love it  ? Let’s find some time and share a healthy meal with our family. 

Preparation

I stewed finely chopped garlic and onion on clarified butter. I washed the meat thoroughly, dried it with a paper towel and minced it. I put the meat into a bowl, added the egg, chopped parsley, spices and the stewed onion and garlic. I combined all the ingredients and shaped the meat into 3-4 equal-sized burgers. I washed and peeled the vegetables and cut them into chips. Then I sprinkled the spices and olive over them. I roasted the vegetables and the burgers in the oven for about 25-30 minutes at 200°C.
