Green Pasta with Green Sauce

Vegetarian recipes have recently become really common in my kitchen. Pea pasta is a great idea for a quick dinner or lunch. Not only is it delicious, but also gluten-free and ecological. What’s more, it has a high protein and fiber content. Colorful, tasty, and healthy! ?

 

Preparation:

I cooked the pasta according to the package directions. I blended all the pesto ingredients (spinach, chopped parsley, nuts, pressed garlic, olive oil and spices). Then I divided the broccoli into florets and boiled them al dente in salted water. In the meantime, I cut the tomatoes in half. Then I mixed the cooked pasta with the pesto, and added the broccoli and cherry tomatoes. I topped it off with pumpkin seeds to add that extra crunchy feel ?
