Baked Zucchini Flower with Fig
Recently, I’ve been experimenting a lot in the kitchen: that’s why I love summer and the availability of many fresh products! I have prepared a very unusual dish for you but it’s delicious and light. Let me know if you like such recipes ?
Preparation:
I put the zucchini flowers into a casserole dish and put the cut fig next to it. I sprinkled the zucchini flowers with salt, pepper and a bit of Parmesan cheese. I added Parmesan cheese to the cut fig. I sprinkled it all with olive oil, put it in the oven and baked at 170°C for about 15 minutes. I served the baked flowers and fig with the carrot cut into ribbons ?
