The body requires not only an adequate supply of protein to function properly, but also vitamins and minerals . Each of them meets the body’s important functions .

Protein , specifically the amino acids that make up proteins are the building blocks for the new tissue , and they help to regenerate human cells . They are also used for the production of enzymes, hormones , or antibodies.
Vitamins have different effects in the body . Some are involved in the immune system , endocrine , or nervous systems, other are the components for the basic form of enzymes that are involved in the production of energy and endurance training. We are not able to produce them ourselves , so we have to supply them with food. I’ll make sure you receive it in the diet in sufficient quantity.
Minerals have many regulatory functions and building blocks, they must be delivered to the body with food, such as vitamins, to maintain the proper functioning of the whole organism. When there is something you do not provide your body with, stocks begin to run out “to fail.” I dont want to let that happen. and im sue neither do you 🙂

Preparation:
Soak nuts overnight, blend it together with coconut flakes, add the remaining ingredients and mix it. Place it in the narrow dish and put it in the refrigerator for a few hours. Cut into the bars.
