Ohhh… pancakes… I could endlessly come up with new variations because you can stuff them with so many healthy things which are usually not very popular in other forms. Pancakes are great not only as a meal for your child but also for adults, e.g. in your packed lunch.
I cooked the beet and grated it on large holes. I added the remaining ingredients and mixed everything. Then I formed the pancakes and baked them at 180℃ for about 20 minutes. Ready!
