Beetroot is rich in fiber, vitamin C and antioxidants. The addition of olive oil provides healthy fats, and nuts are a source of protein and magnesium, which support the functioning of the nervous system. Preparation:
I sliced the beetroot and arranged the slices on a plate. Then I drizzled the beetroot with olive oil, sprinkled it with spices and some chopped parsley. Finally, I topped it with crushed nuts.
