Long time no buckwheat, long time no bread recipe. I decided it's high time I changed that. :)
The rules I'll present to you today are common knowledge. But I figured it's a good idea to remind them as February is a month rather hard to handle.
Today's recipe would make for a fine, carb breakfast or a dose of energy that you can take with you to work/school.
MCT oils are fatty acids, medium chained triglycerides. Their chemical compostion and characteristics are different than in long chain fatty acids that dominate our everyday diet.
Let's warm up a bit during this cold time and add some Indian spices to regular vegetables. It will taste like sun and we don't have a lot of it nowadays. Let the sun shine on you from the plate :)
