Whenever you feel blue you probably run to a store to buy sweets or you look for them in your fridge.
STOP! Instead of eating junk food, take some time and prepare a healthy desert. I promise you won’t regret it. 🙂
Blend it all, add lemon juice and chocolate pieces at the end. Put it in a container and put it to the fridge. You can use peanut butter instead of almond and 90% dark chocolate instead of raw. Geat creative, it’s just an inspiration 🙂
