Bread with sunflower seeds and goji berries

The recipe for sourdough

1/2 a cup freshly ground rye flour add to 1 cup of water in a clean glass jar and mix. Cover jar with cotton cloth and allow it to stand for 3 days. Sourdough should bubble, it should have a specific, slightly yeasty smell.

BAKING

Goji berries add with water and allowed to stand for 20 min. In a bowl throw yeast or sourdough, I add a little sugar and water and mix together. Allow it to stand for fifteen minutes. Add both to the bowl of flour, clarified butter and remaining ingredients. Mix everything and knead the dough. Leave it to rest for 40  minutes. Then lie them down on a paper lined molds, and place in the oven set at 200 degrees. Bake for 70 minutes.
