The end of winter is never easy. Greyness, wet and constant temperature changes make us sick very easily. It probably wouldn’t be a lie if I said all of us can’t wait until the sun comes up and gives us energy.

But I won’t let you give up so easily! I’ve got a remedy! Gummiberry juice will save you!

How about a quick smoothie for breakfast?

Loads of minerals and vitamins closed in a glass 🙂 They will keep you vibrant through the day 🙂

Additionally, take a walk or do a training after work! It will energize you!

A stodgy smoothie for breakfast

How to prepare it:

Put all of the ingredient into a blender and blend until it’s smooth. Sprinkle with chocolate flakes.

And it’s ready!
