Brownie with coconut cream and fruits

Is there anyone who doesn’t like desserts? 🙂

I love eating brownie, but also preparing it, I love watching my closest ones eating this cake 🙂
This time I decided to prepare brownie with coconut cream and fruits. Taste crazy, you have to try it yourself:)

Preparation:

Dissolve the chocolate in a pan with coconut oil. Add 4 egg whites and 50 grams of coconut sugar into the bowl and whisk it. Place the rest of the sugar and egg yolk and one egg to a second bowl. Add chocolate to the egg whites and mix it together, add it to the second mixture with yolks. Pour the whole batter  into a round cake mold with  baking paper and put in the oven, pre heated to 180 degrees. Bake for around  40 minutes. Once done, remove the cake from the oven and let it cool down.
The cake might break a bit but it’s normal 🙂
In the meantime, take out the coconut milk from the fridge and place into the bowl, but only the white thick part. Then add xylitol / coconut sugar and a few drops of lemon. I used a blender to get foam.
Add the coconut cream on top of the cake and  additionally decorate the cake with some fruits.
