Christmas. Mackerel baked in paper with Christmas spices and red pine oil
Ingredients (for 1 person)
1 mackerel
1/2 teaspoon of seasonings (cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, nutmeg, cloves)
2 tablespoons of red pine oil
1 tablespoon of garam masala spice (optional,it will cause a more intense flavor)
a pinch of garlic powder
3 branches of fresh rosemary
a pinch of sea salt / himalayan salt
lemon, a few drops
a few grains of red pepper
A method of preparing:
Wash the fish thoroughly and cut the skin from the top.
In a separate bowl, prepare a marinade: red pine oil or olive oil, spices, garlic, masala, balsamic vinegar and sea salt.
Then, rub the fish with the prepared mixture, and sprinkle with lemon and add fresh rosemary. Then put it in the fridge and marinate for about 1-2 hours
Preheat oven up to 180 degrees. Remove the fish from the fridge, place it into the baking paper, wrap it and bake for about 25 minutes.
