Crispy Chocolate Cookies

Today I have another sweet recipe for you 🙂 This time it’s about crispy cookies with chocolate. You don’t need a lot of ingredients and they are really easy to make. And of course you can invite your kids to help you out! Small hands will certainly both knead and cut out various shapes with lots of joy. I know that in the pre-Christmas rush it may be difficult to find any free time. But believe me – you will see that’s a perfect way to slow down a bit and spend quality time with your loved ones. After all, that’s what this special season is really about 🙂

Preparation:

I grated the chocolate. Then I combined all the ingredients, kneaded the dough and refrigerated it for 30 minutes. Next, I rolled it out. If the dough is too soft, you can add more corn flour. I cut out cookies with cookie cutters and baked them at 180°C for about 25 minutes.
