How about a small snack? I used a few products which I always have at home and prepared oat cookies! They’re great for brunch at work or school, when your energy levels quickly drop and you can’t let that happen! The cookies take no time at all to prepare so it’s no excuse saying you’re too busy! 😉
I soaked oat flakes in water overnight, stirred in the remaining ingredients and blended everything. I baked the cookies at 180ºC for about 8 minutes. Then I left them to cool in the oven.
