Date Chocolate Cubes

Do you like chocolate? How about a home-made version? Today i have a recipe for you for a yummy date chocolate with hazelnuts. It’s really easy and quick to prepare. You must try it. The recipe is also perfect as an Easter dessert.

Preparation:

Soak the dates in hot water for 15 minutes. Drain off the soaking water, add coconut oil and cocoa, and blend. Next, stir in the hazelnuts and spices. Line a loaf tin (about 20 cm long) with baking paper. Transfer the mixture into the tin and refrigerate overnight. Cut the congealed chocolate into cubes the next day.
