Date fudge
It’s taken me a long time to come up with a healthy variety of fudge. I have managed to create a sesame and date version. The recipe is really easy so anyone can try it out whenever they have just a bit of free time 🙂
Preparation:
I mixed all the ingredients and put the mousse into small square moulds. Then I kept them overnight in the freezer. It’s best to eat them straight from the freezer, as they’re only a bit hard but still the texture is just perfect 🙂
