Dried Tomato-Stuffed Turkey Rolls
Are you looking for an interesting idea for lunch? You’ve come to the right place! Let me show you a recipe for a dish that I cooked yesterday. Many people think rolls are very complicated to prepare, and it is just the opposite. Rolls make any dish look really spectacular. What do you say? Let’s try 🙂
My recipe consists of dried tomato stuffing but remember that you can also add some fresh spinach leaves or goat cheese. The combination is just as delicious!
Preparation:
I pounded and seasoned the meat, rubbed in crushed garlic. I stuffed the meat with pieces of dried tomatoes and rolled them. Then, I put the turkey rolls into an ovenproof dish and poured melted clarified butter over them. I bake them for about 30 minutes with the lid on in an oven preheated to 200°C. When ready, I cut the rolls into strips and served with fresh spinach, brown rice and boiled carrot sprinkled with sesame.
