spicy pumpkin!
It’s hard to get all the vegeatables we want in fall and winter. Fortunately, pumpkin is still available in most grocery stores.
I’ve already written many times about how nutritious it is. But I also like its delicate taste and the amount of culinary opportunites it presents.
A quick and easy-to-make snack. Oven does most of the work :).
Cut the squash into slices, drizzle olive oil over it and sprinkle it with salt and chilli.
Put it into the oven for about 35-40 minutes, 180 °C.
Sprinkle it with sesame seeds after baking.
