Eggs on Toast
Nutritious and filling breakfast is essential. It gives us the energy we need to work throughout the whole day! Even if you don’t have much time in the morning, I urge you to pay attention to your first meal. The recipe I’ve prepared for today will provide you with everything you need: balanced protein, complex carbohydrates, healthy fats, vitamins, and minerals.
Preparation:
I heated the ghee in a frying pan, cracked the eggs and fried them until the egg whites were set. I put the fried eggs on the slices of bread (toasted or fried in a dry frying pan) and sprinkled them with salt and herbs. I added chopped tomatoes and chopped parsley (chives will also be fine). You can also top the toast with sprouts (e.g. mung bean) and have some extra vegetables (I chose green pepper strips). Enjoy! ?
