Fluffy banana-chocolate mousse

Hot football time is coming 🙂 For this occasion I am refreshing some favorite recipes of my husband, Robert – this mousse is definitely one of them! Fluffy and light, sweet and very filling… and what more really fast and easy to prepare – you can do it even at halftime. You will find more healthy recipes in my application Diet & Training by Ann – when our footballers are fighting on the field, You fight for better version of yourself 🙂

PREPARATION:

Soak the dates in hot water, remove the seeds and boil in milk for about 10 – 12 minutes. Add spices and cacao. Blend the ingredients and then boil for a little more time. At the end, add cashews butter and bananas – blend it one more time. Place the mousse into a cup.

WARNING!

If you use the coconut milk from can (white part), then in the refrigerator the mousse will turn into pudding. Also delicious 🙂
