Chicken aspic
Often we dont have the idea what to do with leftover chicken from our power broth. How much of chicken and veggie stew can we eat right? 🙂
today im serving chicken aspic which basically is a chicken jelly with vegetables from the broth.
Will you try it? 🙂
Chicken jelly:
Preparation:
Take out the vegetables cooked in the broth, cut them into slices or triangles. Split the meat, pour pure broth to a separate pot. Add the meat and vegetables with green peas and corn. Then add agar-agar and mix it properly with a fork. Cook for approx. 3 minutes on a medium heat.Pour broth to small serving bowls, cut egg into slices and add it on top.Let it set in the fridge for around 4-5 hours.
