Jellies with pomegranate
I used to be a jellies lover. Gosh! It was hard to give up eating them. Now I don’t even think of touching them, because I know what they contain and ugh! I don’t want to be poisoning myself.
But sweets may also be colourful and healthy. Today, I offer you little jellies with pomegranate. Healthy, because pomegranate prolongs life and strengthens the heart. It also contain a lot of vitamin C, niacin, potassium, fiber, organic acids, anti-oxidants and protein. It has an antioxidative effect. Pomegranate is recommended for women after childbirth!
I boiled juices, added agar-agar, removed from heat and added honey while stirring. I greased cake tins with coconut oil. Next, I put pomegranate seeds in them (you may add another sour fruit). Then I poured the mixture (when it cooled down) over the fruits in the tins and put in the fridge overnight.
Yummy!
