Gluten-free Pancakes with Jam
How about some easy, tasty and quick pancakes for a snack? You can find lots of recipes for various pancakes on my blog, but today I wanted to have them in a more classic version, with strawberry and blackcurrant jam 🙂 Are there any fans of such combinations here?
Preparation:
I blended all the ingredients (apart from the coconut oil). Then I heated the pan with the oil and fried pancakes on both sides. When ready, I served them with my favorite jam.
PS If you don’t have special pancake molds, you can just prepare regular round-shaped pancakes and cut out the heart shape with a knife.
