GRILLED SALMON WITH PESTO AND LEMON SAUCE

Feeling like having a fish? No problem! But there’s one conditio – it’s gotta be salmon. It’s my favourite 🙂

How to do it:

Put all of the marinade ingredients into a bowl and then put salmon into the bowl. Leave in the fridge for 1,5 hours. Then, blend all of the ingredients for the sauce. You either grill the fish or put it into the oven for 20 minutes in 180 degrees. Add the sauce in the end.

Tastes good with vegetables or a salad.
