Do you need an energy boost? Here you are: Chocolate Truffles! Not only are they delicious and healthy, but also really easy to make.

Preparation:
I soaked the dates in hot water for about 10-15 minutes. In the meantime, I melted the coconut oil and ground the almond flakes into flour. Next, I blended all the ingredients thoroughly, except for the cocoa. I formed small balls from the mixture, rolled them in cocoa, and refrigerated for about 3 hours 🙂
