High energy dish – baked banana

Bananas are often used in my kitchen. They are great for baking, cocktails and for porridges. They are also the perfect snack. Moreover, bananas are characterized by a high nutritional value. They are a great source of  vitamin C and B-group vitamins. However, they contain also minerals. Especially bananas are a good sources of potassiums. What is important, they provide tryptophan, which is converting into serotonin – the hormone of happiness.

Today I offer you a recipe for baked banana. This dish definitely will give you energy!

 

PREPARATION:

I cut bananas in half lengthwise and I smeared coconut oil on both sides. I sprinkled with spices, coconut sugar and drizzled carefully with lemon juice. I preheat the oven to 180 degrees and baked for about 20 – 25 minutes until the sugar caramelizes. I transfer bananas into a bowl and added a raspberry juice. You can sprinkle Raspberry LIO Shake on your dish.
