It’s time for gratitude

Morning habits make us feel better and help charge our batteries with positive energy. Some people start their day with a cup of coffee, for others having a shower is the best way to wake up, and still others prefer an intense workout or some quiet yoga moves.

Hard and intense work, huge responsibility and the pressure of time are practically part and parcel of every day in my life. And that’s why my morning routine is so important to me…

I used to begin my every morning with a visit to the gym, but now it’s not enough.

There’s one more thing I can’t imagine my life without.

What do I do before the madness of an intense day begins?

I often wake up and think how lucky I have been.

I give my sleeping husband a hug.

Then I tip-toe to my daughter’s room (unless she’s already awake) and watch her sleeping calmly.

I thank for the grace and energy coming from people, I feel gratitude for the happiness I can experience. My heart is full of joy…

This time is invaluable to me.

A few moments of reflection give me great power.

I take a few deep breaths and and smile to life…and start my day off right.
