Millet with artichokes in a Lunchbox 

I know that not everyone is a fan of peeling artichokes 🙂 But in spite of this tiny inconvinience I really encourage you to eat them. They are perfect especially for people having digestive, liver and kidney problems. Artichokes contatin metabolism stimulants – cynarin and inulin which boost your digestive system.

A hint for those on a diet – artichokes are a low-calorie vegetable and will help in the weight loss.

I sliced the vegetables, peeled the artichokes. I let it all simmer and added the spices. Then I added the veggies to the millet and mixed it.

Isn’t it the perfect lunchbox meal?
