Holiday season is slowly coming to an end. I hope that a lot of people had an opportunity to go on a trip or just draw away from everyday problems.

It’s very important to have some rest.

I’m aware that there are situations when it’s difficult to relax. A lot of professional duties or housework. Looking after children or the elderly. Serious life problems. Not always is it possible to go on a real vacation.
However, even in a very difficult situations it’s worth taking care of physical and mental regeneration and charging your batteries. Permanent stress takes life energy with time and has a profound influence on reducing organism’s immunity. There may appear diseases, also autoimmune ones. Problems are growing instead of getting smaller.

We will neither get rid of stress completely, nor avoid it. It’s impossible and unnecessary, because a little bit of stress may be helpful. But we shouldn’t allow it to take control over our lives.

Summer is a good time to prepare for autumn-winter challenges. Even if we don’t go anywhere, let’s find some time now only for yourself. Let’s benefit from long days full of the sun, light and colours giving energy. Let’s stay among trees a little bit, without mobile phones and computers. Let’s make plans for life for the months to come.

Deriving energy from the summer, allow good, positive and optimistic thoughts come to your mind. Our thoughts have a great power – let’s appreciate it!
