We often want to change something in our lives – someone wants to quit smoking, someone else dreams of a slim body, another one would like to speak a foreign language fluently. Unfortunately for many, this phase of wanting something is usually the last one.

The reason – a lack of sufficient motivation and fear of change.

I urge you – do not be afraid of new challenges. A day that is just about to go by will not return.

Therefore, you can begin the change today. Starting from this day, you will have a better life. It’s only up to you, really.

Plan the changes. Proceed step by step. Do not demand the impossible from yourself, but quietly go about completing your small goals that will lead you to achieving something way bigger. Make a short list of resolutions and just imagine how you turn them into reality one by one.

And start doing it!
