Meat dish for the first day of Christmas
My idea for a holiday meat dish – beef sirloin or if you have access you can use deer sirloin. I prepared meat on vegetable spaghetti. It taste delicious and looks original 🙂

Preparation:
vegetables:
Peel the vegetables and use the julienne peeler so they are thin and long just like spaghetti
Preheat a frying pan, add coconut oil and add vegetables with spices. Simmer on a medium heat for about 10 minutes, veggies shouldnt be too soft.
meat:
Wash the meat thoroughly and dry it. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. In the meantime, melt the ghee butter in a pan and fry the meat (whole piece) on each side for about 1 minute. Then put it into the hot oven for about 7-10 minutes.
After removing wait for about 3 minutes, so that the meat wont cool down. Serve warm with prepared vegetables.
