Christmas salmon roll-ups with green pea mash and cardamom

Today I have something savoury for you, and it’s fish 🙂

Carp is the most common fish for Christmas but I would like to show you an alternative that is just as tasty – salmon roll-ups. This recipe is perfect for Christmas Day and Boxing Day when guests knock on your door. Preparing them doesn’t take long, after all we should spend this precious time with our loved ones 🙂

 

Preparation:

Chop the onion and garlic and fry them slightly in oil. Add the peas and fry a bit, then add some water and the spices. Blend the mixture and puree through a sieve. Put the ham on the salmon, roll up and fry in a pan.
