Millet cake with a banana and mango mousse

Try my new recipe for a delicious and healthy millet cake with a banana and mango mousse. Just a few moments and your cake is ready. And it disappears from the table even faster!
Preparation:
I boiled millet groats in water. Then I mixed in plant protein (if you don’t use vanilla flavoured protein I recommend adding some more coconut sugar, about 70 g in total), sugar, coconut oil and cocoa. I blended all ingredients with spices, added raisins and nuts and stirred.
I preheated the oven to 180 Celsius degrees, greased the cake tin with coconut oil, poured the batter in and baked for 45 minutes. I let the cake cool in the oven.
In the meantime, I blended the fruit and chia seeds and kept the mousse in the fridge.
Serve the cake with the mousse on top.
