Muffins for Grandmother!

 

Super easy muffins for Grandma and Grandpa

Grandmother’s day! And that grandmothers are nice , so why not to prepare delicious sweets for them?

A special delivery for my Grandma Jola 🙂

Ingredients for 3-4 muffins,

  • 2 bananas
  • 50 g coconut sugar
  • 50 ml ghee
  • 50 g oats flour (gluten-free)
  • 1 teaspoon of raspberries  Lio Shake Foods by Ann (optional)
  • a pinch of baking soda
  • pieces of dark bitter chocolate

 

Mix all the ingredients, grease the baking mold and add batter. Add a piece of chocolate to each muffin. Warm up the oven up to 180 degrees and bake for 15-17 minutes, leave it in the oven to cool down.
