  1. Whether the next day is going to be good or not depends on the decision made in the previous evening. If you go to sleep early enough, there is a chance you’ll wake up feeling fresh and energetic.
  2. Think about the music you like and find energetic. Make it your alarm clock sound.
  3. Don’t get out of bed immediately after waking up. Take your time and feel grateful for all the goodness in your life. Smile and be open to whatever comes next. Tell yourself: it’s going to be a great day!
  4. Drink a glass of water with some lemon juice.
  5. Open a window and take a breath of fresh air.
  6. If you have enough time – exercise. If you don’t – just a get up and move for a while. It can be a few minute warm-up or Sun Salutation repeated a few times for example.
  7. Eat a delicious and healthy breakfast.

Have a positive attitude towards yourself and everything around you. Sounds like a cliché, but it works! I know from my own experience.
