NAKED BURGER – A PROTEIN AND FAT MEAL
Burgers – a perfect meal for athletes, rich in protein and fat. Especially after an intense weekend or the day after a match.
I suggest you eat it as dinner, along with baked sweet potatos which are an excellent alternative for regular potatoes.
Burger – no bun
Ground the meat and add spices, salt and pepper. Mix it finely, form burgers and fry them on coconut oil. Put the bacon into the oven, for a few minutes, 180 degrees. Peel avocado and tomato and place them on the meat as it is shown in the picture.
Sweet potato fries (baked sweet potatoes):
- about 150 g of sweet potatos
- spices: thyme, oregano, sea salt, pepper, a hint of olive oil
Just slice the potatoes so they look like fries and bake them in 170 degrees.
