November and December are the worst months for our psyche. A small amount of sunlight, cold. Autumn blues is a fixed expression for a reason. Many of us don’t want to get out from their blankets at this time of the year.
Unforutunately, many people who want to lose weight, still cut back on carbohydrates and/or fats. You can read my article on the importance of fats here.
Did the autumn months get you down?
I posted many recipes for after-workout snacks: homemade bars and balls. I am not really sure though if I emphasized enough the importance of the meal that should be eaten up to 1.5 hours after training.
