I made this smoothie during the strawberry season, but you can use other seasonal fruits, e.g. raspberries, blueberries or cherries.
I often experiment in the summer looking for smoothies that can quench my thirst and help get rid of water from my body. This time I composed a smoothie after which I felt great.
When you sweat during your workout, you lose not only water but also electrolytes or even vitamins and minerals. You burn carbohydrates as well.
Today a smoothie that will make you ponder :)
