A cleansing smoothie of power

I made this smoothie during the strawberry season, but you can use other seasonal fruits, e.g. raspberries, blueberries or cherries.

Plantago psyllium seeds perfectly help peristalsis and removing faeces. Those little seeds contain substances that absorb water and have a laxative effect. They increase the number of ‘good’ intestinal bacteria, and their mucilage protects membranes of the stomach and intestines. I wrote about benefits of nettle here.

The smoothie that I recommend today cleanses and gives power! 🙂
