If you follow my recipes on a regular basis, you’ve probably noticed that millet groats is a common ingredient in my cuisine. I use it most often to prepare sweet millet porridge or cakes, but it also appears in lunch recipes. This time I used it to prepare oven-baked cutlets with cod.

I rinsed the millet several times with boiling water. Then I boiled it with a pinch of salt. Meanwhile, I cooked the vegetables and then cut them finely. I ground the oat flakes and chopped the onion. I ground the raw fish, then added the vegetables, flakes, egg and mixed it. Finally, I added chopped parsley and spices. I thoroughly combined the ingredients and shaped the mixture into cutlets. I baked them at 180°C for about 30 minutes 🙂
