Fruit heart
Today a cake perfect for the party you are invited to by nice people 🙂
Cake Ingredients:
- ½ cup ground flax
- 1 cup millet flour
- 1 cup rice flour
- 1 cup corn flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder (without gluten)
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon clarified butter
- 1 ½ cups rice milk or other vegetable milk
I mixed it all and baked for 50 minutes in the preheated to 180ºC oven in a butter-greased baking pan. In the same time I got fruit buttercream ready.
Strawberry buttercream ingredients:
- 250 g frozen strawberries
- 1 ½ tablepoons agar agar
- 1/3 cup water
- 1 tablespoon honey
Mango buttercream ingredients:
- 2 mango
- 1 ½ tablespoon agar agar
- 1/3 cup water
- 1 tablespoon honey
I boiled strawberries in a saucepan adding agar and honey, stirred well and mixed with a blender. I waited until it cooled and poured it on the cake. Again, I waited for a while and put the cake into the fridge. Next I got down to the mango buttercream. I made it in the same way as the strawberry one. When it cooled I poured it on the strawberry buttercream. I decorated top with raspberries.
