Pan-Fried Tofu with Vegetables
September always goes by so fast. However, in the heat of everyday duties, remember to have nutritious meals that will provide you with energy and strength for new challenges.
Today I have a vegetarian recipe for you that’s packed with colorful veggies, flavorful spices, and tofu as plant-based protein 🙂
Preparation:
I cut the dried tomatoes into strips, diced the pepper and zucchini, and finely chopped the onion and garlic. Next, I heated the clarified butter in a pan and fried the onion and garlic. I added the diced pepper, zucchini, and spinach. Then I stirred everything and fried for about a minute. Finally, I added the diced tofu and spices.
