Nutritious Parsley and Chia Smoothie
Healthy, fast and delicious: this could be the actual definition of this green smoothie. With it, you will provide the body with a lot of beneficial ingredients, including antioxidants that protect the skin against harmful effects of free radicals. Regular skincare is a very important part of the day for me, but do not forget to take care of your skin also from the inside through a nutritious diet 🙂
Preparation:
I blended all the ingredients with some water until the smoothie had the right texture.
