Pasta with Strawberries & Pesto

Savory strawberries? I recommend trying this unusual combination. Just look at these colors, don’t they look mouth-watering? It’s like serving up summer on your plate ?

Preparation:

I cooked the pasta al dente. Then I cut the strawberries and cherry tomatoes into pieces. To prepare the pesto I fried chopped garlic in a bit of olive oil and blended it with basil, pistachios, the rest of the oil, salt and pepper. I mixed the cooked pasta with a spoon of pesto, added the strawberries, tomatoes, a few leaves of fresh basil and topped it with the rest of the pesto ?
