Post-Workout Smoothie

Let me show you my reward for a good workout 🙂 A delicious smoothie which provides you with the right amount of protein after your training session is key. It’s especially important for those who cut out meat and dairy from their diets, e.g. vegetarians or vegans. Preparation:

I soaked the oat flakes in hot water and left to cool overnight. I blended all the ingredients.
